Morbid Curiousity
Morbid Curiosity
By Dalene Deale-Rowe
Here’s a morbid thought,
But I thought it all the same
If I had died yesterday,
Who to my funeral would have came
Ironically the thought was sparked
By an episode of friends
Which brought to life curiosity
About presence when life ends
Do we get to see
And do we even care
For how do we truly know
With whom true friendship we share
I hope I leave a mark
On every person I touch
Who really knows
The measure of how much
