I'd mail it to Congress first. Those idealogues need it the most, especially the Progressive 'Squad,' the ultimate Virtue Signalers, and those 11 Republican Senators who are backing Trump's case for overturning the election. At any rate, The Deed is the Thing. We can all agree on that. :) gw
