Brian Strand's Wordplay Contest ... Entered 18 Dec 2024
soft the moon robed in yellow loft of clouds...her home's halo-- nights sift the hues pale to bright while fist of ray gleams on lune's flight: come, fast...gaze at moon's wonder her fest , time's glory anywhere!

Nette, you make me want to run outside and look at the moon right now! The universe gives us a lot to ponder and so much to think about. Smiles!

A short but definitely enchanting poem that reflects your style of writing, dear Nette. The moon hardly ever fails to inspire, and it succeeds extremely well in this case. ~ May I take this opportunity to wish you a joyous and blessed Christmas ~ paul

Dear Nette, You poem is subtly descriptive and I imagine the moon in the yellow robes softly cocooned in the soft fluffy clouds. Lovely. I want to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Very Happy, Joyous Christmas gazing at the wonder of the Stars and moon. Hugs Maria

Dear Nette, it was almost like stepping into a dream where time pauses, and the moon is the center of everything. The imagery of the "moon robed in yellow" and "loft of clouds" creates such a soft, mystical atmosphere that feels both intimate and vast. Nette This is such a lovely piece, filled with light and wonder. Happy Holidays, My Dear Friend, Daniel
