Moonlight Sonata

Intricately designed castles With millions of tiny pebbles Sparkling golden sands of beaches Stretching at the edge of churning seas Become erased without a trace When high tide moves in rolling waves. Children's handprints, lovers footprints Gone, their presence a shimmering Missed perhaps by the misty seas But captured by lunar magnetism And the moonlight has been enhanced And her walk has turned to a dance.
