Mood Enhancer
M y morning drifts into oblivion
O ccasionally spinning into a spiral
O ff through a dark tunnel
D ownward as into an abyss
E lecting to overcome the risk
N eutralize danger at the onset
H astily I opt for a caffeinated beverage
A tall cup of hot soothing coffee
N aturally uplifting so to avoid the pitfall
C hoosing to imbibe the drug of choice
E lusive elixir so delightfully aromatic
R eady finally I can face the day
