Monsters In My Mind

"It’s going into a room with no doors, nor windows. Wishing you could dream of a stroll down the meadows Not sure how you got there, but there isn’t escaping All that you know is that your mind did all the landscaping. Monsters rise up that never existed before from the ground You wish you could put a sign up saying 'This isn’t a playground!' Listening to the words these monsters tell you, you begin to sink in Losing faith of every encouraging word you held on before within With shaking hands, you fall to your knees You being to pray, hoping that God sees Words begin to crack as you scream for safety! You ignore monsters this time when they call you crazy Somehow, a little light seems to break though through a crack! Then suddenly you are shown a video of a flashback The truth is finally discovered, after all this time, That God was next to you for the entire climb Those monsters were never real, but in your head God’s amazing grace made them all dead He decided that he has better plans up ahead, than for you to stay here mislead"
