Monku Sequence-For What We Are About To Receive

sizzling sausage in a pan -
breakfast sounds alert the inner man

hot,freshly baking bread -
                           aromas of a lunchbreak spread

spit roast turning slow -
sight of dinner on the go

mouthful of merlot fine-
upon the tongue the taste of wine

thanksgiving supper meal -
a touch of fellowship so real

I agree with Kristin, that it sounds scrumptuous. However, the wine has no place at my table, but I am a believer in breaking bread. Terrific form and sentiment in this my friend. Michael
