Mona Lisa

There she stands, the masterpiece,
A bird in a cage, for all to see,
The smile of smiles, tamed by the hand,
Oh Leonardo, your Mona still stands.

The lover’s smile, the journey, the heart,
A shrine of emotion, the color of art,
A triumph for love, and your genius,
Thanks Leonardo, for the smile of Mona Lisa.
