Mommy's Boy Christopher

Christopher, my boy by Dalene Deale-Rowe No man or boy could ever steal a heart like you do Those big brown eyes and that cunning smiling that you so often flash at me Followed by ‘Mommy I love you, can I give you a last huggee?’ Active and boyish, you certainly are, but filling my heart with love… you do not fail Like a climbing wall, or a mountain on the horizon, my love you scale. Higher and higher, with nothing but love and energy to motivate you. Your existence is what completes our home. Thank you for being the amazingly loving monkey that you are And always keep shining that beautiful little star. I thank the Lord for letting me be your mommy who can call you mine And hopefully you will point at me and say with pride ‘she raised me right’

A sad but very well done piece of work. It's never easy to start over after such a misery; just begin at the beginning.

He sounds like a beautiful and loving child. Lovely sentiment and heartfelt, that's clear.
