Momma

I seem to take you for granted Mom
But it's truly not meant to be.
It's just that you are too good to us all
And especially good to me.
I realize when life is made easier
By the goodness of someone so dear
It's hard to remember to thank you
When I see you each day of the year.
But I do appreciate you dear Mother
And I know I don't tell you enough
You are the reason I'm living
And you are the reason I'm loved.
