Moments of weakness

When life feels heavy and you feel you can't cope, It won't feel like this forever always have some hope. When you wake up in the morning and you can't get out of bed, When you have all those feelings go round in your head. Depression isn't easy, it's hard to even smile, You want to sit and be alone for a little while. That's ok take your time the washing up can wait, Please don't think your alone when your head is in a state. Think of those around you the ones that show they care, there is always someone to talk to even if they are not there. Pick up the phone have a chat to family or a friend, Everyone around you does not want your life to end. I know it's hard to understand with what your going through, I promise it will get better I promise that is true. You see the pile of ironing do not worry it will wait, think of those who you have when your head is in a state. Who cares if you don't get dressed pyjama days are fun, do not worry for today the housework can be left undone. It's you we need to focus on bad thoughts in your head, Depression isn't nice when you feel you should be dead. It breaks my heart to see you in pain, you don't know what to do, Talk to a doctor or a friend they will help you through. You wont feel this bad forever I promise that you wont, When you feel like taking all those pills STOP,THINK and DON'T! You have lots to live for never give up hope, There is always someone that will help you cope. When you do get better you will look back and say, I did it I got the help glad i decided to stay. Bad times don't last forever they will always fade. Be proud you didn't take those pills be proud that you stayed.
