Moment of Landing
Lacquer and spinning with lights in your hair
with the music of laughter, (I wish I was there)
Swirling and bleeding of colors in air
like a thousand flags flying, (you know that I care)
Tear drops and snow flakes on lashes of eyes
sent letters to summer, (I've said my good byes)
Kisses and whispers through crystal glass skies
our cold hands in winter, (I weep their demise)
You and me spinning with stars in the air
glitter and twinkling, (I tell you I care)
Floating and falling, to whoever knows where
but just at the moment you land, I'll be there.
