Moment in Time

Every point in life you made a decision
Good or bad you live and you learn
Don't feel regret for the bridges you've burn
Just make do with the few trust you've earned.

Rather be drunk off liquor than be drunk off love
One brings hangover the other turns you into a monster
Even if you look to God for the answer
Dirty deeds can still be spread like cancer
Rather be here than there that's your thought being taken over by fair!

You're older now pity doesn't pave the way
How they felt about it came like a stray
For bullets have no name
And human was meant to be vein.

They all lie don't think for one day they haven't tried
Your girl, your mama, would stand there and deny
We've all tried but efforts and actions aren't aligned.
