Moment

With the crashing of each wave,
as we end our day.
The sky orange and red,
while in the soft grass we lay.
The stars moving in,
across the top of the sky.
All our troubles, our worries, they just pass by.
Smell the salt of the ocean,
everything in slow motion.
With your hand in mine,
well, we will stop time.
There's nothing but us two,
and our beautiful view.
Our enchanted scene,
with nothing in between.
The waves and the birds, the only sound.
In this moment,
forever is found.
