Moment

“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” Buddha

Mere seconds, minutes or hours comprise each day of your life.
Only when unconscious, in a coma or asleep
Might you be unaware of life’s pleasantries or strife.
Embrace the “now;” enjoy what you can, for time does not come cheap.
Nurture the meaningfulness in all that you do,
Treasuring each moment God has given you.

I guess we need to practise mindfulness and be grateful for little things always. Your acrostic is powerful wise and moving, loved this tale. Sending you light always
