Mom, My Hero

Mom, what a hero Never ever a zero When I was a child She cared for us kids and smiled She’s just my superhero

Dear Russell, my mom was a hero too, struggling through depression to be a good mother. What a delightful write for Janette's contest. I love it! Winning wishes for you, my friend, and thank you for stopping by. I think you and I would be very good friends if we lived nearby. Have fun this week while I'm off fishing in Key West. Love, Carolyn
