Mom

Mom got moved to the dementia ward more one to one and hands on care help dressing, help bathing, words to orientate still sadley the rest home doors are locked kid inside me chuckes "She's in lock down" not that this is funny at all - but such levity brings a little smile to the room where mom and I sit and even though she doesn't understand where my smile comes from it makes her smile anyway and the moment is enjoyed.
