-Moderation

Moderation and balance
That is the key
To unlocking life’s vault
On how to live happily

Sounds oh so simple
Though I am yet to get it right
Moderation I struggle with
When tasty goodies are in sight

I will keep on trying
To balance and moderate
Just as the saying goes
“It is never too late”
