Mlk

Four walls and iron, Bars can't stop my mind and thoughts; Freedom and money ~~~Who took this picture?? How long did he stay? Why was he arrested? Thoughts to ponder. For Abe Lopez's contest on a photo of MLK Jr. sitting in a Birmingham, Al. Jail like the thinker, where he wrote several papers on various subjects.

I am trying to get people to check out the facts for themselves....We should seek to know more than what we see on emails and the news.

Is he being truthful? Freedom and money to do what? Hey! This is great because it is a thinker. Love, daver

In response to your message to me, Doris, ok. I respect your opinion. I really don't know all the details, only the "big picture" and I am glad you appreciated Rosa Park's efforts! Luv, andrea

hmmmm, are some of these people here understanding this as I am? Maybe I got it wrong, but if Abe takes it as I am doing, I'm not sure you will win the contest. It's your right to think what you want. I just hope you explore many sources when forming your opinions. And if money was involved, I am sure it was not for personal gain but for the "cause." lUv, andrea

it is a wonder. obviously we all know some people, not all were only idiotic back then. and really, what was the problem, i just don't understand obsurd history in this world.the world does the darnest things that will look like nonsense & "why" in the future. and the ones who stood out for the truth of it all will be remembered the most. good write. -Always&Forever Lynette

MLK went to jail for things like Marching. protesting, sit in's, fighting for equal rights. that's what he went to jail for!!! and the letters just ask the questions why? the Questions that are rarly asked in the south. and they will look at you mean if you ask. next tin in Atl; go to the MLK memorial. john
