Missed Kiss

Why does my heart cling to you so?
Why can I not just let you go?

It's driving me crazy to live in the past
when we were together at last.

The day of your kiss,
first time upon my lips,

in my memory
it is haunting me.

I loved it so
but I want to let go?

Because, living in a dream
Rips me apart even if it doesn't mean...

To do what it does
and it is all because

I can’t forget your kiss
Now it’s something I miss.

A great lyrical write with a melody begging you to bring it where the Grammy's can vote too.
