Miss Bee Dee and Her Fluffy Tail

Missy Bee Dee had a tail that would not quit
It was fluffy and full, and it was amazing more than a bit.
She strutted around the yard, showing it off.
Loving it more that it made some people cough.

She was prouder than a peacock about this fine tail.
She loved showing it off to every Tom, Dick and Gale.
But one day two squirrels showed up with tails fuller and more rad.
Irritating her so, she left the yard huffy, jealous and mad.

I think I've observed this in my back yard. I feed my squirrels, and sometimes I think they wonder where the nuts are coming from. I know they are rodents, but they are such fun to watch. I have a strange colored one this spring.

I used to have an albino squirrel that was ostracized and made fun of by the others -such light fur, lighter than caramel, a light yellow.
