MISJUDGED

I deplore judgment
It exposes my self-doubt
Past and present blend

What gives them the right?
How is it I cannot think?
Anger lurks beneath

They are empowered
Due to my uncertainty
Who needs to be changed?

SKAT, I am always thankful for your positive thoughtful comments. You are unique in this. In the last few months I have not been writing poetry. The truth...I felt discouraged by receiving consecutive n/a 's. I was writing less for myself than for what others might like. I wish you a happy, peaceful New Year. Barbara
