Misguided Youth

I've been in college for four years and i promise I aint learned s***
Thank god i'm on scholarship and I didn't have to pay for this s***
They haven't taught me anything about this machine we live in
If you want to teach me something, teach me why society tries to destroy black men
Teach me how to start my own and don't groom me to work for someone else
Teach me how to be rich inside and out so I can respectfully attain true wealth
Teach me to operate from the heart and not just from the mind
Teach me that I can do anything and not just chase a ball or spit a rhyme
Teach me how the universe works mentally and how I should be aware of my thoughts
Teach me the truth about this country and why these wars are really being fought
Teach me things about myself, like my pineal gland
I could care less about the subatomic particles of a grain of sand
Teach me how religion is used as a means of control
Teach how to live without religion and how get in touch with my soul
Teach me about the chemicals that go in my water and my food
Just show me how society should truly be viewed
Teach me all the things that you should really be teaching the youth
All i'm asking is for you to teach me the F****** TRUTH!
