Mirrors Reflection

Mirrors reflection This mirrors glass seems an immortal concept When we disregard thoughts and deeds, But are those ghostly visions just shadows, Forgotten images of what we were Come softly shine thy gentle light Over a mirror’s silent glow, Then s surely seems the glasses pane As an expression of what we were Farewell to night’s reflections, And good-by our mysterious past, And keep what’s left here chained and bound To a picture of what we were From where resigns our mirrors glass Reaching for a bright tomorrow, Where all that wait near things forgot Are images of what we were By m.n. marklnorton@shaw.ca
