Mirror River
MIRROR RIVER
Mirror river perfect glass
Twice the beauty as I pass
Birds are tweetling as they should
Trees of spring about to bud
Double sunshine double sky
Ducks not here yet - don’t know why
Not a ripple breaks the surface
Sheer reflection in the stillness
