Mirror Reflection

I look into this mirror but I don’t see any reflection. All I see is a soulless creature mimicking
my every move. What should I do as I’m lost in this cycle called life! Searching for the inner
being of this thing called love, reaching my arms out only to get none. How can this be a
darker version of what used to be! As I look into the eyes of this mirror reflection I see why
my soul has drifted away into this vertex of hatred. I can’t believe this is me in a different
dimension, it has to be a bad joke or a piece of my imagination that has gotten away! Why
do I look into this mirror reflection and see what I used to be, because this is the monster or
demon of my former self in which I must set free…

Frightening to see what is inside holding us back, what we must shed in order to become a better person or achieve peace and tranquility in life. Excellent read, makes one think.
