Mirror Phantom

Who are you, this person behind the mirror?

Where do you come from?

Everyday I stare into your eyes & find nothing but emptiness inside.

Can you feel what I feel? Do you hear what I hear?

When I shed a tear I see you there on the other-side.

Trying to hide what you feel behind a mask of apathy.

How can you live a life not wanting to feel?

All the pain you feel inside will eventually heal in time.

Nothing you feel will last forever:

Eventually tomorrow will come, bringing joy & laughter.

Pain & disaster come with living in a fallen world,

Where good & evil reign.
