Mirror Mirror On the Wall

what makes you tick
                    what’s in your D.N.A.
are you proud of that mirror
                     you looked at today
                       did you see love
                     or did you see hate
                      did you feel peace
                   or the urge to mitigate
                     who’s in your heart
                     for personal growth
is it your Mom or Dad
                       or maybe both
do you hold onto your hate
                      and never release
                   are you still struggling
                to sign that forgiving lease
                         are you happy
who do you want to be
                  mirror mirror on the wall
                     tell me what you see

A clever poem Mark, maybe we should all look into the mirror, I mean really look, and be truthful to ourselves to see what we see. Great write, Blessings and hugs Mark.

That's the cool part, you are in control of what you see in that mirror.
