Mirror Mirror

mirror mirror on the wall
you just watched me trip and fall
you watched and stared
while the depression declared
war on me
mirror mirror broken on the floor
you never helped while it consumed me even more
mirror mirror why so much demand
for things i don't understand
mirror mirror i hate the person i became
i'm filled with feelings of guilt and shame
mirror mirror piece by piece
i'll put you back together and you will see
all your cracks
will heal
so i can deal
with the emotion
i shared in this poem
