Notes About The Poem

Minimizing Fear

Better would be for one to:

Progressively, minimize his attachment to life as he gets too old,

As to enable himself to decrease fear, caused by death's advent!

Wise words Demetrios. It depends. Some people would like to be detached by being attached to everyone. They would live for the moment, appear cheerful, as always, but actually their soul may be entertaining 'Detachment'. God bless ~ Ani

Sound advice Demetrios, ive seen it in older people, they become detached from reality, I suppose preparing themselves for the inevitable. Tom

So true but so hard to execute--except for a few saintly souls. Awesome colors on your bouquet.

Absolutely, my friend, Vijay! However, it is the only way to eliminate the fear of death! Thank you very much! Blessings!
