Mine and Thine
Never have I thought about
Where your from
And little do I think about
Where you,ve gone
I cannot say that I know
Little about you
But the you I know
I do know the truth
Not much time was given
Us as a cause
But the things we were
We were because
A mystery to us
But not to God
Am I the only wittness to
What God has done
He was there every step
Of the way
And He was there
Even the last day
I never questioned
If it was to pay
The things we,d done
Our ultmate crimes
The things we did
Behind the lines
The things I forgave her
When she was mine
Her pain and regret
Much greater than mine
The man on the cross
With His mercy just in time
Taking from me the
Love I judged as mine
But deep deep with in my heart
I knew she was always Thine
Keep her for me
and though death has rent us apart
Keep us for your
Glorious, glorious art
