I wish I'd had the guts To ever call you mine Wish I could say it now But it's too late To turn back time If you came back And you said you were sorry For everything you'd done I'd shrug it off and say it's fine If I said it to you though... You probably walk away And shake your head Saying I should have said it On an earlier day I wish I could make you know What it feels like to miss you But nothing could describe it Not a blade dug into my wrist Which would be only a baby's kiss A bullet through my head Would be an airy dream in bed A rock to the face? No pain could ever take the place Of what I feel When I miss you I wish I could call you mine
