It's time to change mindset.
One need not be afraid
on what others might think
about work that one does
and determines to shrink.

If someone says something
negative about work
that doesn't change certainly
one's talent. Never irk.
It's time to change mindset.
Opinions of others
have no real bearing
on one's worth. It may be
helpful or be erring.
It's time to change mindset.
Some tries to discourage.
Best look beyond them, move
boldly, do what's needed.
Sincere efforts will prove.
