Minds Our Minds

Making of the mind
we all think to find
with gadgets, technology
and what nots;
We tend to say a lot,
"I think I forgot"
with hands under chin
notes in the waste bin
feelings like it's sitting
on needles and pin
what if the future
Becomes a state of
stitching it with a suture
what if our mind
we did not find
what then, what now
Fields to plow?

Hi Mintra.. I really enjoyed reading your creative work this morning. Your poem, my dog at my feet, and a hot cup a of Colombian coffee make for a perfect trifecta! Come see me today if you get a chance...
