Mindfulness

“Noticing the ebb and flow of all external and internal movement held in the womb of ever present silence, is what we may term as mindfulness or term as attentiveness or simply awake awareness” ~ quote by poet the void of each polarity interchange what is it but vibrant stillness of the bardo it is but a flicker but if we choose to notice it emptiness is the true nature of all manifestation the waves of the ocean continue to ebb and flow thought patterns too spiral about in our mind borne of course by desire to feel contrast which is what this life is really about pristine presence, playful and carefree embraces and releases each offering graced feeling without clinging, leaving behind no residue rekindling breath by breath, vibrancy in nonchalance
