Mind of the heart

Hear the truth, straightforward and plain
We are soul, not this body-mind
We’re living light, at peace and kind 

Earth is a school, soul’s here to train
Polarities dance, we look on
Bliss drenched heart, with each breath reborn

Fear and lust is best to rest lain
Both are bubbles of illusion
Staid silence dispels delusion

Use more of heart and less of brain
The cave of heart is where God dwells
Love is a word, ego misspells

Follow scent of love, do not strain
Stand erect as authentic Self
Let life flow on, just by itself
