Mind Control
Fight every battle always in your mind
That's the best way you will soon find
If you feel like killing, hurting someone
From mind his thoughts you should shun
If you're suffering from bodily, mental pain
Have control over mind, don't allow it to reign
Mind is our biggest enemy when left unrestrained
With negativity it'll keep you chained, pained, drained
Enjoy life through senses, keep your mind thoughts free
Totally concentrated in present, you'll experience glee
What we don't think about doesn't exist
Without thoughts nothing can persist
Mind control is the key to mindfulness, meditation
Thought free mind for long guarantees salvation
Practice this without delay
Forever happy you will stay
Mind is our biggest enemy when left unrestrained
But becomes our best friend when restrained
