Mind a Menace

Mind in a session Life always testing Choices have you stressin Laying down seem like best option But comes with depression You feel oppressed You wear a smile at its best Walk talk and still feel laborious A mask thats heavy you've had plenty of rest Becomes to much you weary Work becomes onerous You forget who you are You dread and try reach for a light in the dark What started as bright sun like dims in afar vast emptiness, futility became a illness you know but refuse to except you hide but somehow the thought always ideate itself you know that you really don't know anything you just want the fracas in your mind to stop when will it stop your imprisoned in your own thoughts a torture that nobody can see or hear you fear speaking out cause society might cast you out and label you as mentally insane what options do you have people around you look at you and you wonder if they know what do they know more or less maybe it's just your low self-esteem but do you show it do they notice it even if you try your best to hide it can they look past the mask and see who you are or they also goin through it who knows can things change can my mind be considered sane...
