Miles Away

Surrounded by this love but it feels miles away,
so I paste on a smile I wish wasn't fake.
And I'm filled with a rage I'm scared to show,
surrounded by a village but my eyes must be closed,
I'm lost in this darkness I myself composed.
I don't know how but I'm sure I'll get through'
I don't know how to tell if only they knew.
