Midnight Has Come To Our Town

Midnight has come to our town,
it's already a New Year;
come out and have some fun,
fill the streets loud noises and cheer!

Trash the old dreams,
start the new ones;
hear corks popping,
rise glasses and sing!

The January air has a certain chill,
stars charm, snowflakes can thrill;
the countdown to midnight excites all:
trash all blues and wish everybody well!

A new resolution calls for big changes;
what changes we like to make,
and not be too afraid to wake
from that dream with strange images?

Midnight has come to our town
it's already New Year;
come out and have fun,
fill the streets with noises and cheer!
