Middle Aged Adventures

As people get older they begin to evaluate their lives,
seeking to be a bit more sprite,
Keeping their edge by being more in tune
with the latest trends and booms,
Their appreciation of Art, Music and Life change,
They mix things up with avant garde and strange,
Even their families begin to think they are deranged,
Everyday living becomes more colorful,
because the quest for meaning becomes a handful,
Some may drive a shiny sportscar,
others may opt to bungee jump from afar,
The super adventurous may set sail on the
seven seas,
swimming with sharks in the middle east,
There is no limit to a middle aged person's
boundaries,
Their hunger for knowledge grows with
every milestone they experience,
Taking on international travel and war torn
territories,
They'd go to the artic for a dip,
showing up on the ice in their "skivies".
