Messages From Life
it's more than a bit strange
how very abruptly
everything can change
in sadistic reality
suddenly yesterday's worries
seem so utterly trivial
strange how life hurries
to how what is essential
if only life could find
a kinder gentler way
in my heart and mind
for this I constantly pray
one storm just passed through
too soon to face another
God, please tell me what to do
this time I can't take cover
