Message from a White Owl

In the Montana mountains a white owl often flies by
delivering messages, making the natives sigh
they feel he is a messenger sent by the Great Father above
But I am less apt to think that, watching for cardinal or dove

The white owl is alerting us that we must change our ways
We need to give the Great Father more prayers and praise
A cardinal flew in next, verifying to me they might be right
I watched both birds fly off until they were out of sight
