Merry Christmas

Some people right now are battling silent wars too:

• Someone is crying over a home that is breaking more every day.
• Someone lost a job and doesn’t know how they’ll feed their family next week.
• Someone is fighting depression behind a beautiful smile.
• Someone is grieving a loved one they will never see again.
• Someone wakes up to violence, fear, or heartbreak and still carries on.
• Someone is stuck in a relationship where love feels like pain,
but they hold hope that life will be kind again.
Someone is battling with cancer or sick

Yet somehow — we are still here.
We wake up.
We keep breathing.
We survive storms people don’t even know we are in.
And that alone is strength.

So today, even with sadness,
Even with pain that still heals slowly,
I want to choose gratitude.
For life.
For the courage to speak.
For the belief that better days will find us.
For small joys, even if they come gently like a whisper.

To everyone fighting their own battles —
May you find peace.
May you find safety.
May you find love that doesn’t hurt to hold.

And as Christmas lights shine across the world,
May they shine into our hearts too.
May this season remind us that we survived what was meant to break us,
And better days are still ahead.

Merry Christmas ??
Be grateful, stay strong — you made it this far.
