Mere Words

The cries of a mother in labor
And those of her new-born babe
The tears of a spouse, grieving other
   Transcending language, one after another

Reading through text and comments, I think things here are not so simple. It's a drama in the joy. Or joy in the drama. Pretty rare thing in such a short format. Leo Tolstoy needed a chapter. Perfectly transcended, Wolf.

Thank you for focusing on the (tran)scend, instead of on the scent! LOL. Appreciated, Kurt. Happy Monday, gw
