Merci

forgetting how
to do this
i wake everyday
with a tabula rasa
an amnesia of how
to kiss

my lips since
have dried
and cracked
but dreams
are truer than
life's fiction

no need
for lipstick
and you can
curl your tongue
don't wake me just
remind me what to do
