MENTAL HEALTH 2
Masking how we feel behind a false smile
Everyday hiding those negative thoughts
Not realising the strength that takes to do
Til we reach the point of total exhaustion
Allowing others to see that mask we wear
Leaving us in a state of panic we try to hide
How we want other to see we wear a mask
Every day it take a lot more of our strength
Allowing more of us to slip into depression
Learning to express yourself aide recovery
To say mental health is a sign of weakness
How is it if we consume strength to hide it
