Ment To Be?
As I look into your eyes my heart begins to break.
I think about the regret I feel,
I think about my mistakes.
I love you more than anything
and I want us to last.
I want to look forward to the future
and I want to forget the past.
As I think about us now,
It's just you and me against the world.
Living in our own dreams.
Hands holding tight,
Fighting back the tears.
Our love is growing stronger,
Creating a new fear.
What if it's too good to be true..?
