Notes About The Poem
  Written October 1, 2025

Memory of Youth

Young, barefoot across
wet grass and dandelions~
child's constant world of plunder

Golden years of time
gilt leaves turn colors of art~
days smile pleasant memories

Dear Eve, barefoot and bright, for its a great way children claim everything as treasure. Even the smallest moments with muddy feet, leaf piles, a sky too big to name, can carry a kind of forever. Beautiful Read! Autumn Blessings, Dear Eve, Daniel
