Memories Will Live
My wax wings and I, in the heat
of love did fly. To touch the heart
in feelings felt, alas a journey
beyond my dreams. As the wax
drips in tears, I feel the treachery
of loves cruel bite. But would live
that feeling forever and again, for
the moment was paradise filled.
Farewell bliss but remember this,
I am a better man for what I had.
